Back in Christchurch from Vacation & Taking New Psychotherapy Clients (New blog posts below)

Hi everyone,

I’m back from vacation and taking new clients. Returning clients who want top up/boosters are also welcome to get in touch.

For new clients, the best approach is to email me your phone number (admin@aliceboyes.com) and I will call you for a pre-appointment chat (around 15 mins). You can ask your questions and I can get a sense of whether I’m likely to be a good person for you to come see.

I’m increasingly working with people who “just want to be a bit happier” on helping them get to know themselves extremely well and personalize happiness strategies. Although, if you want to come for help with a clinical problem like panic attacks or an eating disorder, that’s fine too.

My exciting news is that I’ve been approached by a publisher in the UK about writing a book so that and my blog for PsychologyToday.com are sucking time away from this blog.
