If you continue to believe a particular belief about yourself.

If you continue reacting to something in your romantic relationship/friendships/family relationships in the same way.

If you continue reacting to overeating by vowing to start your diet again on Monday.

Thoughts to consider

– Continuing to do what you’ve been doing and getting something different isn’t one of the options!

– Change requires reconsidering some of your thinking, and then doing something differently.
