For most people, their willpower is highest in the morning and gets worn down as the day progresses. (It gets depleted through all the use of it and decision making we do throughout the day).
Is this generalization true for you, or do you have a different willpower high point of the day? Answer this question for yourself Yes/No before moving on.
Can you do an avoided task in 15 mins at the start of the day?
Don’t go crazy and use up all of your willpower reserves, or you will get stuck in boom and bust cycles of self regulation.
