This is a 9 min instructional mp3 for how to do Worry Exposure. Its likely to be useful for almost anyone who feels anxiety – not just people who have a disorder.

Worry exposure is a technique for reducing the distress and impairment caused by worries and fears (e.g., health anxiety, fear of failure, fear of rejection).

Exposure-based techniques have been shown to be very effective components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
